This Campaign Area covers the following counties: Dimmit, Jim Hogg, La Salle, Maverick, McMullen, Webb and Zapata. The authorizing statute for the State Employee Charitable Campaign is found in the Texas Government Code Annotated, Section 659.131 et seq. This statute allows for a Local Campaign Manager to be appointed by the State Policy Committee. An applicant organization must be a federated community campaign organization or a charitable organization with a demonstrated capacity to conduct an employee campaign. The completed application must be hand-delivered or sent by mail to the SECC Local Employee Committee (contact information listed below). Applications must be delivered no later than Wednesday, February 10th, 5:00 PM. Any application delivered or received after that date will not be considered.
